Mark's Solitary World - Part 4, 6th November 2008

Greetings to all from Idaho, where hope and logic go to die. Thank all of you who have befrien-ded me and supported me through the corrupt, malignant and malevolent Idaho court system. For those that have done this to me, your hate, hypocrisy and dishonesty consumes you. You are indeed your own worst enemy, but I will pray that God will have mercy on you. We know this is far more than you would ever do for me or anyone else.

I was heartened to receive such good, supportive letters. Many of you wrote that you were not so surprised that I would be dealt further injustice, as you knew the nature of Idaho and its courts. One good friend, a Buddhist, stated that the state (judges and prosecutors) is not only recalcitrant and will never admit a mistake, but are simply wicked. Though we like to think such is not true, we are consistently shown that it is too true and too common.

Another friend, extremely angry at Idaho, Judge Bradbury, Prosecutors Kirk Macgregor and Denny Albers, sent a poem/curst of ancient origin, for those that perpetrate injustice to anyone. Though not what I would usually convey, I promised I would let all read her viewpoint toward these wicked people:

I curse you with sickness and sorrow, with hunger and pain. Your house shall be consumed by fire, and your children shall die on the gallows; Your enemies shall prosper, and you shall grow old in sadness and regret. And die in foulness and agony; unless you atone, this is your fate.

I think it speaks for itself. - Now, Idaho continues to keep me in maximum security "Solitary”, though I am classified "minimum custody”. I have been told that this is meant to drive me to commit suicide or die of a stress related heart attack. Do not despair for me, as this will not occur. Of course, anyone can send a complaint about how I'm being abused (but remember, this is Idaho):

or you could write to Governor C. L. (Butch) Otter. Some attorneys have advised seeking "Commutation: to "Time Served” from Governor Otter. While trying to stay positive, I would give this a less than zero chance.

Good news: Bush will soon be gone and Barack Obama will be the 44th president! One guy here yelled how happy he was about it and several racists (cell-warriors) shouted out that this fellow was a "nigger lover”. That's how some in Idaho act and feel. However, I would like to say that many people in Idaho reject such extremism and racism. Even in Idaho, small progress is being made. But it's a fight. Do not be discouraged, for only when we fight and struggle for that which is right and just, can we feel true accomplishment. Each day I live and fight against the lies and liars that persecute me, it's a victory. I asked my former, ineffective attorney, Jonathan D. Hallin, how the "Judge could allow the law to be broken at my trial and the prosecutors to lie to the court daily?” He answered, "I think Bradbury is asleep half the time!” What a system!

Both Hallin and Charles E. Kovis lied to me so many times they should not be allowed to practice law. We must remember that Judge Bradbury handpicked Kovis to be my attorney. The more we look into this case, the more it looks like a conspiracy to ensure I was convicted. Kovis told me he does not believe I could get a fair trial anywhere in Idaho. This is perhaps the only true thing he said to me.

At this time, I do not have an attorney. Kovis and Hallin have not had any contact with me since the day I was sentenced, 17 July. This is indicative of their complete indifference, ineptitude, shame and ineffectiveness! They are moral cowards! For those told to respect the decision of the jury, consider this: They were lied to more than my first jury and we will give them as much respect as most of America gave O.J. Simpson's jury in 1995!

Here, a jury decision is only given respect if you agree with it. Yes, it's a sad commentary for the State of Justice in 2008. About my brother, Robert J. Lankford, the more we dig, the more we are sure his death is a hoax. Consider that when I spoke at my illegal sentencing, I mentioned this concern about his death being a charade. When the lying prosecutors spoke, neither made mention of this assertion. Very interesting. Silence on this subject is deafening!!

Why, you may ask? Robert made factual assertions under oath that we can prove are lies! I assert Macgregor and Albers told him or induced him to lie, thereby committing "Subornation of Perjury”. This can lead to 14 years in prison for Robert and the prosecutors. At all costs, they cannot afford to have Robert subject to cross-examination on his perjury. We will find Robert and all the others that were compelled to lie, which includes my sister, Nora Eileen Madl of Katy, Texas and worthless criminal brother, Lee John Lankford of Round Rock, Texas.

All that is hidden will be exposed. Hallin and Kovis refused to investigate these people and we know why. Please do not feel powerless, for we will win, again! Spread this story to others and request any help possible. Let us not expect any Idaho media to investigate anything.

Idaho media reports only what the prosecution tells them to report. Then again, how good of a journalist are you if you work in Idaho?

"Lies, deception and speculation!” This was the theme of Kovis' opening and closing statements at my trial. Idaho was never able to prove Kovis was wrong, but the jury still convicted me! Albers, who is very wicked and dishonest, told the jury, "We're not saying he killed anybody. We don't have to prove that. We think he did. All we have to prove is that he was somehow involved in a robbery.” They could not prove that either, for it was based only on Bryan's word. Doesn't this cause you to consider how deceptive and evil Idaho is, when at the same trial, they were making a deal for the possible freedom of the confessed murderer, Bryan? It's right out of a fairytale, with a topsy-turvy world and trolls running wild.

Do I feel this illegal conviction will be reversed? Absolutely. Do I feel it will be quick or easy? Absolutely not! Do I feel there are attorneys and investigators, somewhere with courage, integrity, honor and the audacity of hope that will help me expose the lies, deception, crimes and dishonest tactics used by the prosecutors? I fervently harbor this hope. I must. Again, I thank you for your love, support and encouragement. Mine is the hard road, but truth and honor are my companions. I will not wallow in the pit of lies and deception where Macgregor, Albers and Bradbury live their lives. They have been in the sewer so long, they cannot perceive the smell. Let us pray they will one day repent and atone for their iniquities. This is all we can do for reprobate hearts, which is indeed saddening. Too sad.

Stand tall with me and each day, make a difference. I say that if I can get even one person to smile each day, I've been successful. Though my situation is difficult, smile a little smile for me! Happy Holidays and all that jazz!
