Hello everyone and I hope all are enjoying the spring season, my favorite time of year.

It has been a while since we visited in this forum and I know many have been concerned about me, for a very good reason. The past 18 months have been a "dark period" for me, but I hope the new "Mark 2.0" is an improved version. I believe this is so.

I'm now 53 years old and here in Orofino, but I'm no longer in solitary as of 12th May. I will continue to do my very best on all levels each day. Please write to me at the address listed and I will answer. I'm very behind on my letter writing, but this will improve. I have not heard from many, recently, but I've been moved so much, it's understandable.

I have a court hearing on 27th August for the "Motion for New Trial". This is not a new trial, but a legal mechanism used to remedy and challenge my illegal and unconstitutional conviction. I was certainly denied a fair trial last year. Of this, there is no doubt. We also await a ruling on my illegal sentencing, which violated Idaho law.

What constitutes "torture"? There has been a lot of ink and lip service recently concerning the "torture of suspected terrorists". The rule I would use, to distill the issue, would be if I felt it legitimate to utilize on myself or my loved ones. To use the old canard, "What would you do if you thought a suspect knew of a plot that would result in the death of thousands?" Only begs the question. Such an idea would only come from other terrorists or informers, which are usually notorious liars, like some of my family members. We all know that the "oath" to tell the truth is a meaningless rite used in courts.

How many times do we have to prove people lie [lügen / valehdella / valetada] before we tighten perjury laws? What is to deter them, especially when prosecutors compel witnesses to lie and give them immunity from prosecution? Should not the prosecutors that lie, violate the law, mislead juries and suborn perjury also be prosecuted?

These things happened in both of my trials, even worse in the second one! You would be surprised at the legal hurdles erected to protect prosecutors and judges from prosecution. It's as if they have license to lie and cheat.

It has been proffered [angeboten / tarjottu / pakutud; ?] by some psychologists that one year of solitary equates to five years of a normal life. By using this equation, I'm 157 years of age! I look fantastic for 157; not so much for 53. The "Zoloft" spring or my natural energetic personality (or the combination of all three) has resulted in my feeling better the past few months. This is a miracle, on its face.

About my family...it's a sad, tragic and cowardly situation. Lee John wrote an e-mail that only elucidates his lack of education and mental illness. This lying criminal actually said he "loves" me, while slandering me and committing perjury at my trial. If he had one ounce of courage or truthfulness, he would submit to a deposition [eidesstattliche Zeugenaussage / todistus valan alla / tunnistus vande all] and describe how he committed perjury and who compelled him to do so.

I've read the trial transcript and Lee John Lankford, Bryan Stuart Lankford and Robert James Lankford should be ashamed. They are like the brothers of Joseph in the Bible, doing all sorts of evil against their own brother. Perhaps they should read this story and the result. Lane Franklin Thomas should also submit to a criminal deposition, but not an alcoholic, drug-addicted liar like him would ever do the right thing. Of course, this punk was threatened by MacGregor with prison if he did not commit perjury. Thomas is extremely afraid of going to prison, for he's lied on many people, sending them to prison.

He did his lying under threat, but my brothers did it of their own volition [Willen/tahto/tahe]. Detective Mealer told me Bryan and Lee John are worthless, only trying to get anything they could for their perjury. He said Lee John tried to con [?] him out of a meal, but Robert told him Lee John was a "lying manipulator". I'm ashamed to be related to any of these people. My sister, Nora Eileen Madl, of Katy, Texas is even worse. She's lied about me, but also about my mother (now deceased [verstorben / edesmennyt / surnud]), but has never let her current family know any of these things, or her part. It's so sad, living a lie.

Remember that although these various individuals have committed such gross sins and crimes against me, I forgive them. Do I believe they (any of them) would state what they did and why? No, this would take real courage and a spiritual awakening. Unfortunately, some people have no conscience [Gewissen / omatunto / südametunnistus] and never listen to the "still, small voice" inside of them. I am living in a situation, which is the result of a criminal conspiracy perpetrated by only a few people. If the jury had been aware of the lies of the prosecutors and perjurers, they would have found me "not guilty" in a New York minute!

It's far from over, believe me! Each letter is a visit to me and I appreciate every kindness. I am allowed subscriptions to magazines and newspapers, books sent from bookstores and funds for needed items (money orders).

Update from 23rd June 2009

Hello everyone, from the hill country of north-central Idaho. Thank you for caring and writing to me. I'm feeling a lot better and look forward to the court hearing on 27 August.

If you would like to file complaints about my illegal trial against the corrupt prosecutors and judge, please write me and I'll direct you to the correct forums. Everyone and anyone may file these official complaints with the Idaho State Bar and Idaho Judicial Council. The latter has recently reprimanded Judge Bradbury due to violation of "residency" requirements! Go figure, the judge violates the rules? Well, knock me over with a feather!

You may also file complaints against these misanthropes and ask for an investigation with the U.S. Justice Department (Civil Rights Division).

Some have recently mentioned that some of my friends and supporters may abandon me due to me no longer being "slated for termination"; I don't have the death penalty, but "slow death". I pray this is not the case, as this is exactly the time to redouble our attack on this illegal, corrupt and unconstitutional conviction! It's "full speed ahead" against these lying bastards! Yes, I assert that they are, of dubious ancestry and until proven otherwise, that's the "cogent talking point"! small joke here!!

Now, Idaho has a quarterly package program for those unfortunate enough to share my particular circumstances, this is a good program and all info can be obtained by going to www.idahopackages.com (or by contacting me). The latter is requested; as that's the only way you would know what I would need/request. I ask for any consideration on any level and hopefully, I will be restarting my ART soon.

I am determined to succeed and I'm so thankful for your prayers, love and positive thoughts throughout my "dark period". A new day is dawning, hopefully for the entire world!

I hope we soon have a second woman, very well-qualified on the US Supreme Court. It's my view that it should be majority-female.
