Hello Everyone!

I hope this finds all doing well and enjoying life. I am doing the best I can and as I hope you know, I appreciate all your support, kindness and friendship. On 1 October, the U.S. Supreme court upheld the ruling that my conviction was illegal, which renders my incarceration illegal. As I must be released or retried by 4 February, 2008, the Prosecutor, Kirk MacGregor is embarking upon an ill-fated journey of retrying me at a court hearing last Thursday [25th October], we have a trial date set for 28 January 2008. MacGregor has chosen not to seek the Death Penalty… Go figure! Now, you can imagine how I feel, after 24 years of illegal incarceration and now going to a new trial because of one corrupt prosecutor with pathetic judgment! I am currently in the county jail in Moscow, Idaho and here is my address. Please note that mail regulations here do not allow staples, paper clips or anything other than regular cards, pages from the Internet, copies (no page limit, but use discretion) and money orders. I have 3 attorneys, but they are Public Defenders or Former Public Defenders. I don't yet feel any comfort level with these men, but the test will soon come, as the trial is in 3 months. We have an investigator and will soon begin to consider the various experts. We must get this show on the road! None of the attorneys are in Idaho county, nor am I. In fact, we believe the trial will be held out of the Second Judicial District of Idaho, as the Judge (Bradbury) mentioned two more-northern counties at the hearing.

Also on Thursday, I found how dirty, underhanded and corrupt MacGregor really is, for he has no case and must resort to perjury and malicious lies. My brother, Robert J. Lankford, was contacted by MacGregor and wrote an affidavit against me that is easily the most malicious, perjury-laden and outrageous document I've ever read! and not one of the allegations can be proven!! The reason he did this (and anyone would be curious), is found on the first page. "That I fear for myself and my family if Mark Lankford was {sic} to get out of jail.

This person, Robert James Lankford has committed perjury with this document, but my attorneys say he can get away with it. I say "NO”! He says I committed a bunch of murders when I was in High School or right after, which is ludicrous on its face! What can we do? We can fight this liar and sex offender. He works for "ABB Lummus Global” in Electrical Engineering. He is a worthless liar and if the state wants to use him and his lies to railroad me again for crimes I did not commit, he doesn't realize what the result will be. I'm sure he has not divulged to his employer that he was arrested in the mid 1970's in Liberty County, Texas for standing naked in front of an elderly lady's window, masturbating! Or that he was screaming sexual obscenities at eh poor woman, all the while out of his mind, from eating psychedelic mushrooms! Nor has he divulged, as he did under oath at Bryan Lankford's new sentencing hearing (c1993), that he lived with a predatory homosexual pedophile, Roy Ralmuto (now deceased) and that this pedophile took care of all living costs and education costs (among other things). Robert's words, under oath, were "I prostituted myself and did what I had to do.” Is such a person worthy of belief? I say no!

Added to this sad and disappointing saga, was the fact that Robert and I were best friends. After I moved him out of the pedophile's house in 1979, we shared an apartment. With all of the lies he tells in this affidavit, about how terrible I was, doesn't it "Pin the tail on the donkey” that when he married Colleen Higgins on 10 October 1981, I was his "Best Man”? This is why I find this amazingly ill-considered. What I need is everyone to spread the word that I need attorneys to file a lawsuit for malicious slander against Robert, since this is easily proven as perjury. If MacGregor or his helper, Dennis Albers, asked Robert to do this, that person is guilty of suborning perjury (a felony).

Also, we need to contact the Executive Management at ABB Lummus Global and let them know exactly the kind of liar and sex-offender they have working in their midst. Please find/give me the address of all pertinent executives and I will write them myself, or you could send this update to them. I will make the entire malicious affidavit available soon, as it's public record. It's also ridiculous on it's face, to the point of absurdity. You may be shocked by the sheer audacity.

You may also voice/register your anger/concern over this matter by sending this update, your own letter or anything else to anyone you think would assist me concerning Robert's lies/attempts to murder me. Or, call these people, Robert's contacts, to voice your outrage:

For those who may consider I'm over reacting, understand what Idaho County did to me for the prior 24 years. These are evil people and must be confronted with overwhelming intensity on every issue! If my brother, Robert, who seems to be so mortally afraid and guilt-ridden for his prior acts and lies, has decided to be in league with MacGregor, then he must be considered my mortal enemy. I say he needs to be charged for perjury and I will file suit against him for slander [Verleumdung]! Please help me on this issue, as they are attempting to railroad me with terrible lies, again!!

So, after all of that, my multi-faceted, multi-pronged plan of attack against Idaho County has begun. For all of you willing to testify in my behalf, let me know and we will try to get the Investigator, Chuck Schoonover, or one of the attorneys to contact you. This will all be paid for by Idaho County and believe me, they owe me millions for the 24 years of illegal imprisonment! I will also try to write to all of you and our working together, in concert and harmony, will ensure our mutual success. With a win in court, I'll be free in February or March 2008!! It will be a long hard fight against Idaho County criminals masquerading as the protectors of the people!
